How to track an order

Go to "My Account" and click on "Order History". Under the Document No. row click on the Sales Shipment document number, which will begin with a SH. Copy the tracking number on the package you are looking to track and go to the shipping carrier website (FedEx or UPS) and paste the tracking number into their tracking field.

What is the U.S. Kids Golf Return Policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days from original purchase. Returns accepted 61 - 90 days from purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee.  All returns must be received in New condition to get full credit on the return.  All returns need to be approved by U.S. Kids Golf and can only be returned after receiving a Return Authorization Number. Contact Customer Service at 1-888-387-5437 to receive your Return Authorization Number.

What is the U.S. Kids Golf Warranty?

U.S. Kids Golf warrants its products purchased from an authorized U.S. Kids Golf retailer or distributor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for ONE YEAR from the original retail purchase date.  The warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties or normal wear and tear use such as paint scratches, fading, worn grips or cosmetic blemishes. The product must not have been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.  U.S. Kids Golf will return the replacement product at no charge to consumers within the United States.  All warranty replacements must be pre-approved by U.S. Kids Golf,  contact customer service at 1-888-387-5437 for all return issues.

How to add contacts to my account?

Under My Account select Customer Information. Under the Contact List you can add and edit your account contacts. Once you have added or edited a contact you can give each contact specific roles or permissions by selecting the "add new role" under each contact. If you do not have permission to see or edit the Company Information please get with the primary contact for the account.
